I have many years of progressively responsible experience in Projects Controls Management, Monitoring and Evaluation in the field of Construction Management. In the span of my career I was responsible for the Monitoring and Evaluation of more than 38 construction and infrastructure projects.
I had also a very good experience in Execution field; in the start of my career I had worked as a Site & Project Engineer more than 8 years from total of 18 years experience.
My responsibilities in Projects Control Management and Coordination ranged from Planning, Implementation and Management of project staff, control and follow-up outsourcing and enforcing budget limits.
My professional background was acquired mainly from My Graduation Project which is “Projects Management” in addition to working in the field of Planning & Scheduling at the Construction Field and working to Mobilize the Working Teams, Engineers and Resources, also gained a considerable and diverse experience over the past ten years.
