We are looking for Barista and beverage for a new restaurant in Muscat .
Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Barista. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include,

Greetings customers, gets their orders, suggest menu items and extra order such cakes, pastries and sandwiches, delivering customers’ orders and maintain the workplace and surrounding clean and tidy all the time and report any comments or incident to supervisor/ management, ability to handle a work shift and associate with colleagues as a team working.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers & interacting to determine their coffee interests
Explaining the coffee drink menu, beverage & answering questions. Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for various coffee drinks
Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products
Maintains inventories by replenishing supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for the coffee bar
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; coordinating for repairs.
Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
Providing an excellent smiley barista service to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
Menu recommendations and suggest extra items to increase revenue, make customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
Answering customer’s questions, get customers feedback and report any negative comments
Co-operating with staffs, supervisor to ensure the delivery of the quality.
To make sure shop cleaning in/outdoor is on all the time.
Suggest positive opinions which lead to the development and improvements.
Suggest new items and products.
Should be willing to learn more and self-motivated
Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
