Outdoor Salesman
Summary:
We are Wholesaler of Disposable goods of Plastic, Paper, Aluminum & Cleaning Chemical & detergents like Teacup, Water cup, Juice glass, Coffee cups, plastic bags, Microwave Plastic Containers Round/Rectangular, Aluminum Foil, Aluminum Container, Cling film, Sandwich paper, Garbage bags, Sofra roll, hand wash, dish wash, etc.
Our main Customers are Coffee shops, Restaurants, Hotels, and Supermarkets.
Job Descriptions:
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
• Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
• Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand
Duties and responsibilities
• Should assist the customers at the counter with their queries and at the same time provide them with the resolution effectively.
• Should ask questions and provide relevant information to the customers that they might need and then list down the orders which the customers might purchase thereby providing them excellent service.
• Need to follow up on the orders which the customer makes and should be upbeat while resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Keep yourself updated with the product inventory and its functionality.
• Communicate effectively with the customers regarding any relevant procedures and policies which might be beneficial to them.
• Should be active enough to inform the manager of any potential harmful condition.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Candidate must possess +/- 2 to 5 years experience in outdoor sales.
• Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid OMAN driver’s license is a must
Salary
• Basic Salary is about OMR 150 per month with a commission of 0.5% on Total Sales.
• Additional incentive based on the performance of Sales.
• Visa+Accommodation is provided by Company.
